Dr Pang is the founder and chief director of A.D.S Clinic. His practice performs 4D eyebag procedures every single day, which are incision-less and can be performed in less than an hour with minimal or no downtime.

Dr Pang’s passion for aesthetics and innate love for beauty have led to many successes in helping his patients achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes. Dr Lai is a Specialist Facial Reconstructive Surgeon at A.D.S Clinic.
Before working at A.D.S, he held senior positions in several medical establishments. In the years 2008 and 2009, he was a senior consultant and clinical assistant professor in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the National Dental Centre. From 2013 to 2020, He was also the Head of Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Changi General Hospital.
He graduated from National University of Singapore in 2000, during which he was a Dean’s List recipient and received bronze and gold medals. Thereafter, he completed his Masters in Maxillofacial Surgery and obtained Fellowships of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and Academy of Medicine, Singapore. Subsequently Dr Lai also trained at the prestigious American Academy Of Cosmetic Surgery and received accreditation in facial plastic surgery.
