Double Chin Removal Procedure
You will be given a numbing cream and will likely not feel much discomfort or pain. Our specialist facial surgeon will use a hand-held device with a micro-needle which delivers heat and RF at controlled depths. Cooling gel packs are then placed on the area to soothe the skin
Recovery
You should be able to resume normal activities soon after the procedure. There may be some bruising or swelling, but this should subside within 1-5 days.

His practice utilizes the latest advances in cosmetic technologies, which are virtually painless and incision-less, and can be performed in less than an hour without downtime.

Considered the most impressive surgeon of his generation, Dr Lai is a Specialist Facial Reconstructive Surgeon at A.D.S Clinic – the only leading aesthetic and facial plastic center which employs a team of internationally trained specialists and surgeons with over 50 years of combined experience in private practice. He is a highly experienced senior consultant surgeon who performs the most face & neck slimming, eyelid, ear and face & neck lifting procedures in Singapore. Dr Lai is also one of the few specialist surgeons in Singapore accredited to perform the Facetite® and Accutite® face & neck lifting procedure.
Before working at A.D.S, he held senior positions in several medical establishments. In the years 2008 and 2009, he was a senior consultant and clinical assistant professor in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the National Dental Centre. From 2013 to 2020, He was also the Head of Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Changi General Hospital.
He graduated from National University of Singapore in 2000, during which he was a Dean’s List recipient and received bronze and gold medals. Thereafter, he completed his Masters in Maxillofacial Surgery and obtained Fellowships of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and Academy of Medicine, Singapore. Subsequently Dr Lai also trained at the prestigious American Academy Of Cosmetic Surgery and received accreditation in facial plastic surgery.
