Dr Pang is the founder and chief director of A.D.S Clinic, the only leading aesthetic and facial plastic center which employs a team of internationally trained specialists and surgeons with over 50 years of combined experience in private practice. Considered the most impressive surgeon of his generation, Dr Lai is a Specialist Facial Reconstructive Surgeon at A.D.S Clinic – the only leading aesthetic and facial plastic center which employs a team of internationally trained specialists and surgeons with over 50 years of combined experience in private practice.
Before working at A.D.S, he held senior positions in several medical establishments. In the years 2008 and 2009, he was a senior consultant and clinical assistant professor in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the National Dental Centre. From 2013 to 2020, He was also the Head of Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Changi General Hospital.
He graduated from National University of Singapore in 2000, during which he was a Dean’s List recipient and received bronze and gold medals. Thereafter, he completed his Masters in Maxillofacial Surgery and obtained Fellowships of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and Academy of Medicine, Singapore. Subsequently Dr Lai also trained at the prestigious American Academy Of Cosmetic Surgery and received accreditation in facial plastic surgery.
